What types of organizations are eligible to apply?

  • 501(c)(3) Arts Organizations: Based in and serving Gwinnett County’s communities.

  • Hospitality/Arts/Entertainment Recovery Fund For-Profit: Based in Gwinnett County, restrictions apply. (i.e. full service receptive group operators, destination management companies, film & television training & production facilities, Gwinnett hotels, breweries, restaurants (chains & franchises not eligible), etc.), for-profit arts organizations.

What are eligible expenses?

  • 501(c)(3) Arts Organizations: Rent, utilities, venue rentals

  • Hospitality/Arts/Entertainment Recovery Fund For-Profit: rent, utilities, payroll costs

Can I apply if I have received additional grant funding previously?

Yes, with restrictions. If you have received grant funding from the Gwinnett Creativity Fund operations grant, PPP funding, Shuttered Venues Grant, and/or Gwinnett small business grant, this program cannot provide grant funding towards a specific expense that has already received grant funding.

For example, if you have received funding for rent expenses in January-March, you cannot receive funding for those months again.

Can I apply for both the non-profit grant as well as the small business grant?

No. Applicants are only eligible for one grant, based on their IRS classification.

How do I schedule a virtual orientation?

All first time applicants are required to attend a virtual orientation before applying.

How do I submit my application?

Applications and all attachments must be submitted through Survey Monkey Apply. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one for your organization. Emailed information will not be accepted.

Can you reset my password on Survey Monkey Apply?

No. Unfortunately, we do not have access to reset your password. Please set and remember your login and password. If you forget your password, you will have to contact Survey Monkey directly to reset it for you.

If my application is determined to be incomplete, may I add the missing item(s) and resubmit the application?

Yes, as long as the application deadline has not passed. Please contact us to re-open your application.
