GWINNETT HOSPITALITY, ARTS, AND ENTERTAINMENT AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) 2023-2024 GRANT PROGRAM
Overview:
The Gwinnett Hospitality, Arts, and Entertainment Grant Fund will provide limited funding to assist Gwinnett County based organizations. Eligible organizations include 501(C)(3) arts and cultural organizations and small business, for-profit hospitality/arts/entertainment organizations (i.e. hotels, restaurants, breweries, inbound tour operators, receptive operators, film/TV production studios, for-profit arts organizations).
These funds are American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) federal grant funds received by Gwinnett County and are part of the final distribution of COVID-19 recovery funds. These funds will be administered, determined and disbursed by Explore Gwinnett Tourism + Film. This program is a reimbursable grant program.
The 2023 cycle will reimburse expenses incurred in 2023. Expenses billed in January 2023, but incurred in December 2022 would not be eligible.
This grant program is specifically for arts and cultural mission-based organizations. Non-profit organizations with arts components may not be eligible for this grant, but may be eligible for a Gwinnett Creativity Fund Projects Grant.
